Jucoby’s learned a great deal about Real Estate from his father, who found huge success in Southern California as a Real Estate Broker, Lender and Investor, spanning over 35 years. As a teenager, Jucoby would work at his dad’s company, “Jucoby Realty”, learning how to work with sellers and talk to buyers. He was born and raised in Southern California. Jucoby holds a Bachelors Degree in Corporate Finance and Accounting from San Francisco State University. He also studied Philosophy at SFSU. He holds yoga certifications and a degree, in the Vedic Science of Enlightenment, from Nithyananda University.

Hi there, I’m Jucoby, most of the world calls me Coby. I am the brains behind Meru House Buyers and I am happy you have found your way to my website. There’s nothing that brings me more joy than helping people and enriching their lives. As a Health Consultant and Property Solutions Specialist, my life is all about solving problems and positively impacting the life of anyone who asks for my assistance. When I’m not working, I spend as much time as possible with my family. I love doing yoga and meditation daily. Being an active member in my temple and local community, I enjoy spending time volunteering and helping others. I buy houses throughout the United States as investments and have been involved with real estate my entire life. It’s my goal to provide you with a personalized experience when you sell your house. Since I am actively involved in my community it is important for my team and I to be honest and fair with people; turning negative situations into positive ones.
